生きている身体には生命エネルギーが通るナーディという道筋があります。身体は意識そのもので、生命エネルギーそのものが意識ですから、身体も意識から離れるわけにはいきません。痛みやさまざまな表面的に出てくる症状は、エネルギーの観点からみると、これらの流れを止めているところで交通渋滞が起きています。その流れを通すことで身体や心はすべての緊張やストレスから解放されそして神経、一つ一つの細胞までトータルに癒されます。瞑想でも可能ですが、エナジーアライブでは指で軽くタッチしていくだけで、そのヒーリングが起こります。私はエナジーアライブに出会ってから瞑想が苦手な若い方からシニアの方まで喜んでくださる方が増え、そして自分も元気でハートのある生活を送ることができています。この気持ち良さを体感して下さい。お手伝いさせていただきます。

I’m a certified care worker.
I have been practicing yoga for 30 years, and I teach or practice the following:
Wellness yoga, Laughter yoga, Tai Chi, Ba Duan Jin qi gong, Preksha meditation, and yoga style chiropractic among others.
In a living body, life energy flows through paths called “Nadi”. The body is the consciousness, and as life energy is the consciousness, it therefore cannot be separated from the body.
If you see pain and all the other symptoms coming out on the surface from the angle of the energy, it looks like a traffic jam blocking the flow. When you are able to help the flow go through, both body and heart are relieved from stress or nervousness, then the nerves and every single cell can be healed. This can also be achieved by meditation.
With Energy Alive, you just lightly touch the body with your fingers and it becomes healing. Since I discovered Energy ALIVE, more and more people around me are satisfied, from the young people who are not so good at meditation to the senior people. Even I am living a healthy life with gratitude. Let me help you experience this body sensation and its benefits.
