WHAT IS “DRAWING THE LINE”?
It is a journaling process designed to help you unravel what is really underneath
the upsetting experiences and events in your life.
Ever wondered why you keep relieving old upsets? Why you keep thinking about the past
even though you tell yourself to move on? Why you find it so hard to forgive and forget?
There are reasons why we react the way we do to life’s upsets, and DRAWING THE LINE
helps us identify what those reasons are.
It is a simple, five-step process that guides you out of upset into understanding. You
become more aware of what you love, what is important to you, and where you want
your life to go. This brings greater clarity of mind and unity of purpose.
This book is simple, straightforward, and can be easily read in a half hour. It is primer,
so to speak, for self-awareness and understanding, easily adapted for teenage or childhood
usage (ages 8 onward).
PLEASE NOTE: This e-book can ONLY be viewed online. It is not designed to be
